In our company culture, only safe behaviors and safe conditions are acceptable. As you can see in the photo above, every associate is responsible and held accountable for translating our safety program into positive, productive actions. Only through our actions, can we achieve our goal: ZERO incidents. That ensures that each employee goes home every day in the same condition in which he or she arrived to work.

Rudolph/Libbe is committed to achieving zero incidents through the elimination of unsafe behaviors and acts in the workplace and at home. To meet this goal, we have developed a comprehensive Safety and Health Program that promotes safe behaviors and acts in everything we do.

All employees must have both the personal commitment and the necessary skills in order to be successful. This personal commitment to safety is demonstrated through constant measurement, discussion and on-the-job safety leadership. Rudolph/Libbe's safety auditors, including the president, management staff, and all project superintendents visit job sites each month to document safety program compliance and to ensure that any issues are immediately resolved.
