"Campbell Soup Company completed a very important and difficult project at our Napoleon, Ohio plant with the expert help of GEM Inc. and Rudolph/Libbe Inc. Production constraints allowed us only five weeks of shut-down from start to finish. Given the magnitude of work and short timeline, I was not certain the project could be accomplished and cost implications over missing our start-up were very concerning.

A comforting factor was the performance record of GEM and Rudolph/Libbe at our facility. Both companies are very respected for having the talent and resources for demanding schedules.
