
Each semester, Rudolph/Libbe employs 10 to 12 co-ops who support daily office and field operations. Former co-ops often continue to work part-time after their co-op experience, or go on to become full-time Rudolph/Libbe associates after graduation.
Estimating – Work with senior estimators, provide quantity take-offs, assemble estimates and contact material suppliers and subs. Attend pre-bid meetings and job site walk-through meetings. Help to assemble estimates on bid days.
Project Engineering – Work with senior project managers on one large project or several smaller ones. Assist with material deliveries, problem resolutions (RFI’s), project planning and closeout. Receive, review, and track shop drawings and other documents. Help to maintain and update schedules.
Special Accounts – Work with Special Accounts professional on projects under $1 million, often with quick turnarounds and a variety of tasks including sales, estimating, project management and billings.
